ELECTRIC PRECIPITATOR FOR CONTROLLING GAS CONTAINING OIL DROPLETS

PURPOSE: An electric dust collector for the gas treatment containing the oil droplet is provided to enable the removal of the oil dirt which is formed adhering onto the surface of a dust collection electrode plate while treating the oil droplet containing gas. CONSTITUTION: An electric dust collector for the gas treatment containing the oil droplet comprises a discharge electrode(110); multiple dust collection electrode plates(210, 210a, 210b) which is charged in the opposite polarities with one neighboring one and one that faces being separated; a bar for oil removal(230) capable of removing the oil dirt deposition on the surface by scratching. One dust collection plate is connected to a conductive bar(220, 220a, 220b) that is connected to the bipolar of the direct current; and the other dust collection plate is formed to be charged in the opposite polarity respectively being connected to the conductive bar which is connected to the negative polar of the direct current. A dust collection unit(200) includes the dust collection electrode plate which is arranged in a frame(240) and the bar for the oil removal that is arranged in between the dust collection electrode plates. A driving part(250) is formed on one side of the frame. A cleaning can be conducted as the bar for the oil removal automatically moves in the housing(300). The conductive bar connected to the positive pole is intersected with one dust collection electrode plate and the conductive bar connected to the negative pole is intersected with the other dust collection electrode plate. The dust collection electrode plates are vertically arranged in the frame to be in parallel to each other; the conductive bar is horizontally arranged in the frame being intersected with the upper part to be in parallel to each other; and the bar for the oil removal is connected to a support part which is combined to be capable of sliding with the frame. The support part is capable of ascending until the bar for the oil removal gets out of the dust collection electrode plate.
