PURPOSE: An operation state information system on a remote control screen for an irrigation facility is provided to increase the convenience of management by recognizing with a voice or an alarm window without looking at a program screen all the time. CONSTITUTION: A central management unit(100) operates a remote control screen, transmits a generated control signal to a field management unit, matches a voice file corresponding to a control signal, and outputs the voice file through a central speaker. The central management unit obtains a control result value from a field management unit, matches a voice file corresponding to a control signal, and outputs into a central speaker. A field management unit(200) obtains a control signal transmitted from the central management unit, determines whether a control signal is an operation control signal, a state monitoring control signal, or a field value monitoring control signal, and transmits a answer signal to a central management unit. In case a control signal is an operation control signal, the field management unit matches a voice file about controlling a corresponding operation, and outputs the voice file through a field speaker.
