PURPOSE: A traffic lane delineator including a rotary buffer member is provided to prevent damage by rotating an elastic member when an automobile collides and to reduce maintenance cost by employing a replaceable elastic member. CONSTITUTION: A traffic lane delineator(10) includes a base panel(20), a lower traffic lane delineator(3), a fixing shaft(40), an upper traffic lane delineator(50) and a shock absorbing member(60). The base panel is fixed to an anchor bolt installed in the road surface. The lower lane delineator is formed on the center of the upper plane of the base panel and has an engagement groove(31) in an upper plane unit. The fixing shaft has a lower engagement unit(41) and an upper engagement unit(42) in the bottom plane and the upper plane to engage with the engagement groove. The upper lane delineator has a mounting groove in the lower plane unit and a plurality of discriminating bands in the outer periphery to engage with the upper part of the fixing shaft. The elastic member is rotatably inserted to the fixing shaft.
