PURPOSE: A method for reforming a high resolution image and a system thereof are provided to automatically reform a high resolution image by using images collected through the Internet. CONSTITUTION: A high resolution reforming system receives a request for enlarging a selected area(S120). The system collects images including the selected area from the Internet(S140). The system revises resolution based on the collected images while enlarging the selected area(S150). The system displays the enlarged image on an electronic device(S170).
