PURPOSE: A multi-gas shield torch is provided to increase the depth of weld penetration and form beads on the front surface and the rear surface at approximately the same rate. CONSTITUTION: A multi-gas shield torch comprises a tungsten electronic rod(110), a first shield gas nozzle(111), a second shield gas nozzle cap(120), a second shield gas nozzle(121), a third shield gas nozzle cap(130), and a third shield gas nozzle(131). The second shield gas nozzle cap is installed on the outer concentric circle of the tungsten electrode rod. The second shield gas nozzle provides second shield gas between the second shield gas nozzle cap and the electrode rod. The third shield gas nozzle cap is installed on the outer concentric circle of the second shield gas nozzle cap. The third shield gas nozzle provides third shield gas between the third shield gas nozzle cap and the second shield gas nozzle cap. |
