A method for formation of esophago-esophago anastomosis comprises the posterolateral thoracotomy from the right, extrapleural access to the mediastinum, ligation and section of the lower t tracheoesophageal fistula, allocation and mobilization of inperforate esophageal segments, dissection of the upper segment lumen, probe guiding through the mouth into the stomach, stitching esophageal segments on the probe. After mobilization of the esophagus segments a ligature is imposed around the oral segment of the esophagus in the projection of the deepening on the device. The end segment of the oral esophagus segment is cross-cut, segments of esophagus are compared, esophageal pieces are sutured, ligature along oral and esophageal segment is removed, the probe is guided in the distal direction in order that the outer openings of the wall channel correspond the anastomosis area. In the outer cannula of probe wall channel a dye is injected and capability of anastomotic sutures is controlled. |
