<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The handle (1) has a rigid structure (2) connected to cooking utensil, and a flexible gripping component (3) connected around the structure. The component has a lower anterior part (21) with a wall (22), and a posterior part (30) with lateral walls (31, 32), where the walls have 5 millimeter thickness. The parts define a support structure for the hand of the user. Material free cavities (23, 33, 34) are integrated to the component and are adjacent to the walls for allowing the deformation of the walls during accessing of the handle. The component is made of temperature resistant silicone. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Handle e.g. thumb type handle, palm type handle and finger type handle, for a cooking utensil e.g. casserole and grainer. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The material free cavities are integrated to the gripping component and are arranged adjacent to the walls for allowing the deformation of the walls during accessing the handle, thus providing the optimized ergonomics for allowing the adaptation of the form of the gripping component to the form of the hand of the user, and hence improving the gripping of the handle for the hand of the user. The configuration of the handle improves the safety and comfort of the user and provides simple and safety manipulation of the cooking utensil while limiting the temperature of the gripping component.
