PURPOSE: A high-speed dishwasher is provided to immediately start washing by removing the soaking process, and to reduce time, people, energy, and size required for washing as much as possible, and to efficiently wash food trays and dishes. CONSTITUTION: A high-speed dishwasher is composed of first and second main bodies(100), multiple conveying rollers, a conveyor, multiple brush units(120), a pre-wash arm(130), a main-wash arm(140), a rinse arm(150), an air knife(160), and a hot air blower. The brush units are vertically and rotatably installed on axis at upper and lower brush frames(108a,108b) of a pre-wash chamber(103), and pre-washes conveyed food trays(1). The pre-wash arm is installed at each pre-wash chamber, and jets high-pressure water on the food trays, brush units, and dishes. The main-wash arm is installed at each main-wash chamber(104), and jets high-pressure water on the food trays and dishes. The rinse arm is installed at each rinse chamber(105), and jets rinse water on the food trays and dishes. The air knife is installed at a dry chamber(106), and removes remaining water on the food trays with high pressure.
