<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device capable of reducing occurrence of noises generated in the plurality of lighting devices continuously installed and capable of keeping straight-line of the plurality of lighting devices continuously installed. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting device 1 is provided with a convex part 4a and a concave part 4b as engaging parts on a side cover 4 so that neighboring lighting devices 1 may be continuously installed.
