PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the effect of light reflected by a light-shielding film.

SOLUTION: An upper surface 41 of a light-shielding film 40 is constituted of a material exhibiting a silver color. A first film 10 covers the light-shielding film 40 and a passage part 44, in proximity to the upper surface 41 of the light-shielding film 40. A second film 20 having a refractive index different from that of the first film 10 is positioned in an optical path part 45 and the passage part 44 and forms an interface 200 with the first film 10. A distance D3between the interface 200 and a photoelectric conversion part 2 is longer than a distance D2between an emission end 442 of the passage part 44 and the photoelectric conversion part 2.
