<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate an operation related to drawing of a conductor wire and suppress contact of the conductor wire to a base portion. <P>SOLUTION: A sheet 34A made of thermoplastic resin is brought into close contact with an upper face of a base portion 52A of a spindle motor 2A to cover a base hole 521A. Next, the sheet is heated to form a sheet hole 341A communicating with the base hole. Then, a coil 37A is disposed in the base portion, and a conductor wire 371A is drawn to the lower side of the base portion through the sheet hole and the base hole. When the sheet is brought into close contact with the base portion, it is unnecessary to precisely position the base hole and the sheet hole. The resin is molten by heating to form the sheet hole. Therefore, arrangement of the sheet and formation of the sheet hole can be easily performed.
