<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly recover a defective circuit board from a component mounting line without reducing production efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A component mounting system including a component mounting line L including a plurality of work areas S in which components are mounted on a circuit board W or the circuit board W is inspected, comprises: a circuit board transporting device for transporting the circuit board W so that the board W passes through the plurality of work areas S; mounting/inspecting devices 10 provided in the respective work areas S, each mounting one of a mounting head T<SB POS="POST">1</SB>or an inspecting head T<SB POS="POST">2</SB>in an exchangeable manner, for mounting a component on the circuit board W via the mounted mounting head T<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, or for inspecting the circuit board W via the mounted inspecting head T<SB POS="POST">2</SB>; and a defective circuit board take-out device for taking out the circuit board W determined as defective according to the inspection result by the mounting/inspecting device 10 mounting the inspecting head T<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, from the work area S in a direction Y perpendicular to a transport direction X of the circuit board transporting device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
