<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a luggage door hinge torsion bar from coming off from a receiving part provided in a vehicle body side bracket. <P>SOLUTION: A structure 10 for opening and closing a vehicle luggage door includes: a hinge support 16 mounted to an upper side vehicle body of a luggage room; a hinge arm 14 for coupling a luggage door to the hinge support 16; the luggage door hinge torsion bar 20 interposed between the hinge support 16 and the hinge arm 14 and urging the hinge arm 14 in a direction of opening the luggage door; and the bracket 22 provided in the hinge support 16 and having the receiving part that is opened to a vehicle backward side and has a U-shape in a lateral view, and in which the luggage door hinge torsion bar 20 is pivotally supported to a closed end of the receiving part. In the structure, a groove 50 is formed in a lower side part 40 of the receiving part 30 and on a vehicle backward side relative to a pivot position C of the luggage door hinge torsion bar 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
