<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound that becomes a dye used in the field of a fiber material, a liquid crystal display device, and inkjet or the like, and in which the solubility to an organic solvent is high. <P>SOLUTION: The compound is shown by Formula (I).
