<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-adhesive sheet further enhancing positioning accuracy of a substrate to a temporarily fixing plate, and having preferable releasability to the substrate. <P>SOLUTION: This self-adhesive sheet 10 is a sheet for fixing the substrate 20 on the temporarily fixing plate 30. The self-adhesive sheet 10 comprises only self-adhesive layer composed of an acrylic adhesive composition, the self-adhesive layer has a gel fraction of 85% or more, and 180° peeling adhesive force to a stainless steel plate is 0.1-5 N/20 mm at 300 mm/min tension rate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
