PURPOSE: A direction display device and a system for the blind, a guide method using the same, and a recording medium thereof are provided to inform the blind of travelling direction through vibration. CONSTITUTION: A direction display device for the blind comprises a vibrating unit(100), a control unit(200), a handle unit, a sensing unit, and an emergency transmission device(600). A plurality of vibrating units transfers vibration in order to display the traveling direction to the blind. The control unit outputs a control signal controlling vibration intensity or vibration time based on the information of the sensing unit. The handle unit is equipped so that the blind can grip the vibrating unit. The emergency transmission device can inform the blind of an emergency. |
