<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable imbalance of a rotary electric machine rotor to be reliably adjusted with a smaller number of steps. <P>SOLUTION: A rotary electric machine rotor 10 comprises: a rotational shaft 12; a rotor core 14 in which permanent magnets are buried and disposed; a flange part 20 which is a connection member connecting the rotational shaft 12 with the rotor core 14; and a balance weight 40. The flange part 20 includes a shaft holding part 24 having a center hole 22 in a center portion in which the rotational shaft 12 is fixed thereto, and includes a core holding part 26 which holds the rotor core 14 in an outer peripheral side. A hub part 28 between the shaft holding part 24 and the core holding part 26 is a circular hollow 32 from a viewpoint of the whole flange part 20.
