PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless base station capable of determining an order of priority of communication with ease.

SOLUTION: A wireless base station 1 according to one embodiment of the present invention is used for a wireless LAN system encrypting a packet and transmitting/receiving data by using a communication software. The wireless base station 1 comprises: terminal communication data acquisition means 11 acquiring a communication type on the basis of the data received from a wireless terminal (a wireless LAN terminal 2) at negotiation with the wireless terminal; and terminal communication data control means 12 determining whether or not the communication type desired for data transmission/reception with a communication partner side is sound communication using the communication software or moving picture communication on the basis of the acquired communication type, and making the transmission/reception with the communication partner side by the sound communication using the communication software or the moving picture communication take preference over the other communication.
