<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, though there is a need of imparting the function of flux to a facing agent for improving flowability and cleanliness of a cast molten metal for diffusively joining a cemented carbide with cast iron, and further, there is a problem that hydrogen and oxygen generated from a casting mold itself infiltrate into a casting, and the bubble defect of the casting is caused to reduce the strength of the casting and to deteriorate its appearance if an oxidation-reduction function is not imparted to the facing agent, a function of molding a mold has been preceded and a flux function has not been exhibited to a cast molten metal in the conventional facing agent. <P>SOLUTION: Two or more kinds of electrolytes obtained by bonding at least two or more kinds of atoms among alkali metals, alkaline-earth metals, halogen, B, C, N, O, Si, P, Al, S, Zn and Se are dissolved into methanol or ethanol or glycerol or ethylene glycol or a solvent obtained by suitably mixing them to produce liquid flux having the maximum concentration of 35 wt.%, and the liquid flux of 30 to 40 wt.% and a facing agent raw material of 60 to 70 wt.% are mixed to actualize the facing agent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
