摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform temperature control of high accuracy by maintaining a vapor-liquid temperature in a steam drum to a saturation temperature. <P>SOLUTION: This temperature control system 1 supplies water to a heat removing part 7 of a reactor 5 through supply piping 3 from the steam drum 2 in which vapor and water are stored in a vapor-liquid equilibrium state. In the reactor 5, a part of water is evaporated with reaction heat and returned as a two-phase fluid of vapor and water to the steam drum 2 through return piping 8. Supply piping 10 is connected at a confluence part 6 on the way of the return piping 8 to supply make-up water, and the make-up water of comparatively low temperature is heated with vapor in an instant to reach the saturation temperature, thus attaining temperature control of high accuracy. A control means 25 determines the amount of make-up water that corresponds to the amount of vapor discharged to the outside of a system from the steam drum 2 from the temperature of make-up water, the internal temperature of the steam drum 2 and the amount of reaction heat in the reactor 5. The amount of make-up water does not therefore exceed the amount of vapor, and hammering caused by sudden condensation at the confluence part can be prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
