<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for processing, at a third-party site (e.g., website), a buyer's payment for an electronically conducted transaction with an online seller. <P>SOLUTION: A method of processing an electronic payment from a payer to a payee at a third party comprises: receiving at the third party a first connection from the payer, where a second connection between the payer and the payee is terminated when the first connection is received; creating an account for the payer with the third party for facilitating electronic payments, if the account does not exist; and electronically transferring funds from the payer to the payee. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
