POWER TRANSMISSION SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission system preventing a temperature rise of a vehicle body due to induction heating by capturing a leakage magnetic flux through shielding.

SOLUTION: The power transmission system for transmitting power from a power transmission antenna 105 fixed on the ground to a power reception antenna 201 mounted on the bottom portion of the vehicle includes determination means for determining at the execution of power transmission whether position relationship between the power transmission antenna 105 and the power reception antenna 201 is appropriate. The projection of a shield 280 of the power reception antenna 201 in the vertical direction covers the power transmission antenna whenever the determination means determines the position relationship to be appropriate.
