<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition, having excellent appearance, low-temperature impact resistance, rigidity and the like which are satisfactory for a non-coated air bag housing cover. <P>SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer composition includes a specific propylene polymer, a specific ethylene-α-olefin copolymer rubber and a specific propylene-ethylene copolymer.
