<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition suppressing increase of impurities accompanying formulation of statin drugs typified by atorvastatin or derivatives thereof and preventing reduction in a content with time; a method for preparing the composition; and use of the composition. <P>SOLUTION: When calcium sulfate is combined with a statin drug or a derivative thereof, a stable preparation is obtained. That is, by addition of calcium sulfate, decomposition of active ingredients is greatly prevented, increase of impurities accompanying formulation is suppressed, and reduction with time in a content of the active ingredients can be prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
