Provided on a support is a heat-distribution display layer containing: at least two electron-releasing-dye precursors emitting mutually different color tones, including at least one electron-releasing-dye precursor that decomposes in a temperature region of 190°C or higher and changes in hue; at least one electron-accepting compound for causing the at least two electron-releasing-dye precursors to emit a color; and a binder. A temperature T0.2 at which the concentration of the heat-distribution display layer is 0.2 higher than the concentration of a skin part fulfills expression (1).
