<p>The primary purpose of the present invention is to provide a novel heterocyclic derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. Examples of the present invention can include a heterocyclic compound represented by general formula (1), a tautomer thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. (In the formula, R1 and R2 are identical or different and represent an aromatic ring or the like, and the ring (A) represents a heterocycle.) This compound or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof has high mPGES-1 inhibitory activity and can be used as a prophylactic agent or therapeutic agent for diseases involving mPGES-1, e.g., rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, temporomandibular joint disease, low back pain, endometriosis, dysmenorrhea, overactive bladder, malignancy, or neurodegenerative disease.</p> |
