<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of color mixture with a relatively simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: A rear face irradiation type solid-state imaging element includes an element layer formed with photodiodes with sensitivity of each of red, green and blue light and a wiring layer 14 forming a wiring for transfers charges from the element layer.
