PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive shield cable with a simple structure, capable of maintaining electrical insulation characteristics even when an external conductor thereof is melted directly with a laser beam to be cut.

SOLUTION: In a shield cable 1, an internal insulator 3, an external conductor 4 and a sheath 5 are coaxially formed in order on an outer periphery of an internal conductor 2. The internal insulator 3 comprises a foamable fluororesin layer and a polyester tape 3a wound around the outermost layer of the foamable fluororesin layer, and the polyester tape 3a is marked with a color selectively reflecting light having a wavelength in a range of 580-750 nm.
