<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nut runner configured easy to exchange a socket. <P>SOLUTION: The nut runner 12 fastens a bolt to a predetermined member by rotating the bolt, being engaged in a recessed part provided in a head part of the bolt. The nut runner 12 formed to be extended in the axial direction includes: a socket 14 to be engaged with the bolt to be fastened on one side in the axial direction; and an adapter 15 possible to be engaged with the socket 14 on the another side in the axial direction of the socket 14.
