<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating unit housing such as a base station of portable phones capable of operating continuously even when an inside blower has broken. <P>SOLUTION: In a cabinet 3, a first inside air blower 18 which circulates the inside air in a cabinet 3 is provided. A heat exchange device 5 includes an outside air blower 12, a second inside air blower 13, and a heat exchanger 14 provided inside a body case 6. The first inside air blower 18 and the second inside air blower 13 are positioned in series with an inside air trunk 53 which circulates in the cabinet 3. The body case 6 includes an outside air inlet chamber 50 which is provided with an outside air inlet 7 and the outside air blower 12, and an inside air inlet chamber 51 which is provided with an inside air inlet 9 and the second inside air blower 13. The outside air inlet chamber 50 includes an outside air damper 21 communicating with the inside of the cabinet 3 and the inside air inlet chamber 51 includes an exhaust damper 20 communicating with the outside of the cabinet 3.
