<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction machine capable of suppressing rattling of a movable bracket while reducing its cost, resulting in reduced noises and vibration. <P>SOLUTION: A hydraulic shovel includes an engine cover 12 provided turnable from the front side to the rear side of a counter weight 7, a cab seat provided on the engine cover 12, a protection bar 18 for protecting the back of an operator seated on the cab seat 13, a movable bracket 19 for supporting the protection bar 18, a fixed bracket 20, a supporting shaft 21 loosely inserted into left side portions of the fixed bracket 20 and the movable bracket 19, and a lock pin 22 loosely inserted into right side portions of the fixed bracket 20 and the movable bracket 19, wherein a restriction member 48 is provided which is mounted on the movable bracket 19 for abutting on the fixed bracket 20 to restrict the movement of the movable bracket 19 to the front side relative to the fixed bracket 20, the restriction member 48 having a long hole 48a through which a fixed bolt 49 is inserted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
