The present invention relates to an inlay sheet having a minimized thickness by inserting an electronic component including a light emitting device in a long hole of a printed circuit board and disposing a waveguide (light guide plate) at a side of the light emitting device, and to an inlay sheet manufacturing method. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the inlay sheet comprises: a base sheet comprising a light guide plate for distributing light and union sheets disposed on upper and lower surfaces of the light guide plate; a printed circuit board inserted in a base hole of the base sheet; and an electronic component comprising a light emitting device inserted in a long hole of the printed circuit board. The light guide plate is disposed at one of the left and right sides of the light emitting device to distribute light emitted from the light emitting device. |
