<p>PURPOSE: An electrodeposited zinc metal recollect apparatus and a recollect method thereof are provided to reuse recollected zinc and a zinc recollecting plate for post-treatment processes without additional zinc extraction processes for the recollected zinc. CONSTITUTION: An electrodeposited zinc metal recollect apparatus comprises a reaction chamber unit(100), a sample chamber unit, a gas supplying unit(300), a cooling chamber unit(400), a connecting chamber unit(120), a sub heater(130), and a zinc recollecting plate(410). The reaction chamber unit comprises a main heater(110). The sample chamber unit is installed in the reaction chamber unit and includes the scraps(220) of a galvanized sheet iron sheet. The gas supplying unit supplies non-oxizing gas to the sample chamber unit through a gas supply pipe(310). The cooling chamber unit is connected to the sample chamber unit. The zinc recollecting plate is located in the cooling chamber unit and recollects the evaporated zinc gas from galvanization steel plate scrap.</p> |
