<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a sufficient amount of power generation while narrowing the installation space. <P>SOLUTION: A solar cell panel 11 is installed vertically, and a reflector 12 for complementing the incident light to the solar cell panel 11 is constituted of a plurality of convex mirrors 12a. The reflector 12 is installed near the solar cell panel 11.
