<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the endurance reliability of a tank body by preventing the generation of new operating stress to protrusions by constituting a fuel tank structure with the protrusions protruded inward that are a pair of line shapes having an interval along a circumferential direction of the tubular tank body, and a separator with flanges press-fitted between the pair of the protrusions, and moreover, by preventing the generation of tensile stress between the tank body and the flanges by generating slippage between them by eliminating welding between the tank body and the flanges even if the tank body is twisted. <P>SOLUTION: The tubular fuel tank 2 which is substantially in a rectangular shape in cross section is fixed by a fastening band to an L-shaped tank bracket 3 firmly fixed to a chassis frame 12 of a vehicle 1. The tubular fuel tank includes the A protrusion 25 and the B protrusion protruded inward with an interval along the circumferential direction of the fuel tank 2, and the separator 22 with the flanges 22b, 22c press-fitted between the protrusions for suppressing the shaking of fuel in the fuel tank 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
