PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display panel, allowing a smooth panel substrate to be formed without distortion by smoothing a back surface of the panel substrate so as to prevent occurrence of an air bubble or air space when attaching the optical double-sided tape onto a decoration layer that is applied to the panel substrate of an image display part mounted on an electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: A decoration layer is applied to a back surface of a see-through panel substrate for displaying an image. An inner side of a bump of the decoration layer on the back surface of the panel substrate and a top surface of the decoration layer is filled with a UV light curing resin. Successively, in a state that the top surface of the curable resin is covered with a separator film coated with a release agent, a pressure is applied to the separator film toward the curable resin in parallel with UV irradiation for curing, and then the separator film is peeled.
