<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation electric wire that has excellent heat dissipation and that is bound to a round cable at an easy operation, and a wire harness including such an insulation electric wire. <P>SOLUTION: A wire harness 1 comprises: a widest gutter-like cable 10; a round cable 9; and a binding material 8. A curved insulating coating 3 of the gutter-like cable 10 includes a plurality of conductors 2, and holds the plural conductors 2 while they are parallely aligned along a curved face F1 curved in a width direction. The curved insulation coating 3 has a recess-side coating part 31 forming a first surface 311 that is a curved recess face in a width direction, a projection-side coating part 32 forming a second surface 321 that is a projection face, and a pair of eaves parts 33. A pair of the eaves parts 33 are formed to extend along an extension face of the first surface 311 or toward an inner side in the width direction than the extension face from both edges in the width direction of the recess-side coating part 31.
