The apparatus includes a first portion engageable with at least one of a tray, a coaster, a cup holder disposed in a vehicle and said container and a second portion disposed one of in and on one of the tray, coaster and cup holder the first portion is disposed on the container and on the container when the first portion is disposed one of in and on such one of the tray, coaster and cup holder.
