A mobile station (UE) selects an appropriate transmission domain for AV communication without incurring a connection delay even when roaming. This method for mobile communication has: a step in which a mobile control node MME within an LTE-protocol network transmits to a mobile station (UE) an "ATTACH ACCEPT" message including AV communication provision capability information showing the capability for providing AV communication within the LTE-protocol network; and a step in which the mobile station (UE) determines, on the basis of the AV communication provision capability information, whether to perform the AV communication via IMS or using circuit-switching communication.
