FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely, to method of fabricating decorative concrete panels. Proposed method comprises preparing concrete mix consisting of Portland cement, filler, decorative filler, plasticising agent, alkali-resistant dye, filling the mould and moulding with face down, compacting, and curing unless concrete reached stripping strength. Thereafter, the mould is removed, article face is turned up to secure self-adhesive film with premade pattern and to apply 1-95%-water solution of acid or mix of acids layer by layer that are washed off, and film is removed. Filler represents carbonate flour to ground together with plasticising agent prior to adding to decorative mix at the following ratio of components: carbonate flour - 95-99.99, plasticising agent - 0.01-5.EFFECT: high quality of face surfaces.3 ex |
