FIELD: oil and gas industry.SUBSTANCE: stuffing box of lubricator contains container for lubricant 6 with oil-scraper ring 12 inside it. Ring 12 has a radial section. Guide pulleys 11 for scrape wire 13 are installed on container 6. Sealant 3 is placed in housing 2 which is twisted into lubricator 1 plug. Pressure nozzle 4 by its upper end is connected pressure-tight to container 6, and by its lower end is twisted into housing 2 of sealant 3 not pressing its sealing rings and is locked by locking nut 5. Sealant 3 consists of guide ring 14 from non-corrosive metal, sealing rings 15, 17 from polyutherane, from non-corrosive metal; these rings are installed one on another forming a channel for wire in the centre. Rings 15 and 16 alternate except for the two last rings 15 and 17, which follow each other. Hardness of the ring is higher than hardness of sealing rings 15 from polyutherane. It allows using pressure inside tubing string for control of polyutherane elasticity.EFFECT: providing tightness of well and optimisation of conditions of uniform sliding of scrape wire depending on pressure in well and direction of wire movement, improving performance properties and reducing risk of emergencies.2 dwg |
