PURPOSE: A history management method for preventing the appropriation of a user account and a system thereof are provided to confirm corresponding work contents by monitoring the execution of an application in a client and providing an application execution list to the user in previous access. CONSTITUTION: A history database(270) stores information generated by linking application information and event information with a user account. A management server(210) includes the followings. A history storage module(230) links the application information and the event information with the user account.
