<p>A management server (100) is provided with: a control programme holding unit (194) which stores a plurality of assorted control programmes for remotely controlling a device to be controlled by means of a mobile information terminal, according to a user proficiency level; an equipment information acquisition unit (182) which acquires information about the equipment of the device to be controlled; a history acquisition unit (183) which acquires an operation history for the user; a control programme determination unit (185) which determines which variety of control programme to transmit on the basis of the operation history; and a version management unit (184) which, if the version of the control programme which was previously transmitted to the mobile information terminal was not the most recent version, transmits the most recent version of the control programme. When transmitting the most recent version of the control programme to the mobile information terminal, the control programme determination unit (185) once again determines the variety of control programme that should be transmitted on the basis of the user operation history.</p> |
