PURPOSE: A composition containing an antisense oligonucleotide for promoting differentiation of stem cells into chondrocytes is provided to suppress LEF-1 expression and is used as a pharmaceutical composition for anticancer. CONSTITUTION: A composition for promoting differentiation of stem cells into chondrocytes contains an antisense oligonucleotide with a complementary sequence of microRNA-449a. The antisense oligonucleotide has a complementary sequence to 2th to 8th nucleotides of a first sequence. The antisense oligoncletodie has a nucleotide sequence of sequence number 2. The stem cells are multipotent stem cells. A pharmaceutical composition for treating cartilage damage contains the composition for promoting differentiation.
