PURPOSE: A multistage transmission gear train for vehicle is provided to reduce a volume and a full length of a transmission by using the less amount of planetary gear set. CONSTITUTION: An input shaft(1) and an output shaft(3) are arranged in parallel. A first planetary gear device(PG1) is arranged on the input shaft coaxially. A second planetary gear device(PG2) is arranged on the output shaft coaxially. A first external gear pair(G1) and a second external gear pair(G2) connect a rotation element of the first planetary gear device and a rotation element of the second planetary gear device respectively in an outer gearing method. A third external gear pair(G3), a fourth external gear pair(G4), and a fifth external gear pair(G5) connect rest rotation elements of the second planetary gear device and the input shaft in an outer gearing method. A first clutch(CL1) and a second clutch(CL2) connect or disconnect the input shaft and two rotation elements of the first planetary gear device, respectively. A third clutch(CL3) and a fourth clutch(CL4) are installed with one selected from the third to fifth external gear pairs in series. A fifth clutch(CL5) fixes the rotation element of the second planetary gear device connected to the first clutch. A sixth clutch(CL6) restricts the rotation of the rest rotation elements of the second planetary gear device.
