FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, particularly, to cold stamping. Straight control line is made on the blank so that, after blank drawing, it passes through the point of connection between blank flange with female die radial drawing edge and coordinate grid at critical points along drawing force making blank wall. Then, blank is placed on drawing die surface to be drawn thereat. After drawing, shift of said control line from the point of connection between blank flange with female die radial drawing edge is measured as well as amount of strain on generating wall corresponding to said control line shifts. Said shifts allow defining the wear of drawing die working parts compared with reference drawn blank, hence, determining the need in adjustment, repair or replacement.EFFECT: higher efficiency.1 dwg, 1 tbl |
