METHOD OF HANDLING RANDOM ACCESS PROCEDURE ASSOCIATED TO CELL DEACTIVATION

PURPOSE: A method for handling a random access procedure related to cell deactivation capable of processing the random access procedure in the non-active state of a SCell(Secondary Cell) is provided to continuously maintain the random access procedure through UE(User Equipment) in the non-active state of the SCell during the random access procedure. CONSTITUTION: A UE starts operation(400). The UE activates a SCell composed by the network of a radio communications system(410). The UE performs a random access procedure about the activated SCell(420). The UE continuously performs the random access procedure in the non-active state of the SCell during the random access procedure(430). The UE terminates all operations(440). A process is able to be compiled in a program code.
