<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting apparatus in which an electric wire in the apparatus body can be easily fixed without installing a separate member and another component can be installed without installing a separate member. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Since vertical wall parts 26a, 26b are bent and formed from an installation part 21b of a flat plate shape to downward on an installation member 21 which is provided inside the apparatus body 20 and installs the apparatus body 20 on the ceiling 11 or the like, and component support parts 27a, 27b are formed on these vertical wall parts 26a, 26b, a component 14 can be easily mounted without installing a separate component, and cost reduction can be achieved.
