<p>A hermetic compressor is provided to prevent the leakage of the oil towards a condenser of a refrigerating cycle by recovering refrigerant oil which is flowed into a discharge muffler with discharged refrigerant through an oil outlet formed on a bottom of a sealed container. A hermetic compressor includes a discharge muffler formed with an oil outlet(62) for discharging refrigerant oil contained in refrigerant into a sealed container, and an outlet pipe(3) coupled with the discharge muffler at an end for sending the refrigerant from the discharge muffler to a condenser of a refrigerating cycle, wherein the end of the outlet pipe is positioned in the muffler and has a bending part(3a).</p> |
