PURPOSE: An internet transaction relay device using a transaction map, a transaction relay method, and a system are provided to confirm locations of traders for a used product and generate the transaction map, thereby easily grasping surrounding transaction information. CONSTITUTION: A trader terminal authentication unit(210) authenticates a plurality of trader terminals. A transaction map generation unit(220) grasps location information of the plurality of trader terminals. The transaction map generation unit maps the location information in a map. A registration information management unit(250) manages trader registration information and registration information of an object.
